“Twenty Two Sea” (Plot 22c) is a fantastic, dog friendly, 2 bedroomed property on “The Bay” holiday village close to the seaside town of Filey. The house is situated in an enviable position on the edge of the Wildflower Meadow close to the Lake and sleeps up to 5 people.
Both bedrooms have bi-fold doors that open out onto the balcony which runs the full length of the property, giving you stunning views over the meadow and if you look east you can even see the sea from up there*
*Please be aware Aria Resorts are currently adding new lodges to the meadow so some of our lake/sea views may be impacted
INSIDE
Upstairs the property has a kingsize bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds and a double bed (sleeps 4). Also upstairs is the family bathroom which includes a double ended bath with rainfall shower.
Downstairs is open plan with two sets of bi-fold doors that open out onto the patio from both the lounge and kitchen area. The dining table seats 6 and the well equipped fitted kitchen has an oven with gas hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and washer dryer. The lounge has a Smart TV, a range of board games and a log burning stove!
ONSITE FACILITIES & ACTIVITIES
The holiday village has direct access to a lovely stretch of sandy beach which as well as being ideal for families to enjoy, is dog friendly all year round.
Also on site is a Pub (dog friendly), Cafe, Convenience Store, Chemist and an Indoor Swimming Pool with sauna, steam room & gym.

OUTSIDE
Enjoy views from the balcony or relax on the patio downstairs complete with furniture, brick BBQ and hot/cold taps with shower attachment for washing sandy feet and paws when you get back from the beach.
Take a leisurely stroll (or energetic run) through the Wildflower Meadow or around the Lake, spotting lots of wildlife along the way.
If you've brought your four-legged friends on holiday they will love bounding around the meadow too.
